    COMMENTS
How can workshop content be improved?
“more time! 🙂 / “it could be longer” (3)
“Society, like this workshop, is all about understanding teens and “making excuses” for their behavior. In my time, as a teen (1970s) you were expected to behave a certain way, and you did. No excuses.
“more scenarios would be great, otherwise, it rocked!”
    “the workshop was great!”
    “I enjoyed all of it”
    “handouts to match presentation slides”

How will you use what you learned today on the job?
    “Thank you!” (2)
“Daily working in shared use/public library”
    “Use 3 Strikes”
    “Really smile”
“Go out of my way to communication to our teens more than I do”
try harder to empathize with teens”
    “use more positive statements”
“I already follow the golden rule in working & life – nothing new in this workshop.”
“To work with teens in a positive way and not coming down on the way”
“I will be more tolerable of teen behavior. I will try to figure out why they have done the thing they did”
“I hope to educate our branch staff so they will feel more comfortable addressing teens”
“I will try to use these tips as I approach teens for help or to modify behavior”
    “Acknowledgment of teens most important”
