iption: Atten-SHUN! Whip your library into 2.0 shape with Podcast Boot Camp. Basic Training will take place on Saturday October 24 from 9:00am – 12:30 pm. This introductory session will launch the online class (those who can’t make it in person can get a recording of the content). Basic training includes learning to create, edit and post a digital audio podcast with show notes. Continued online learning via Moodle will cover subscribing, listening to and evaluating podcasts; and discussion of the impact of podcasting on current and traditional library services. Content will be delivered in podcast format with supplementary readings (all available free online) and assignments. Online office hours will be offered at mutually agreed upon student convenience for live help.
